In a couple of words: an unbeatably low phase noise in a low power consumption DIL14 shape.
Thx. If it's not a secret, how was this achieved, what's the story? I mean, have u done infinite research and found a very nice clock on the chaotic market and then you put some addons on it, soldering in you basement and producing 10 pieces a week? Or you designed the whole thing and got a Chinese company to make it? Or....?

I have the pleasure of being able to compare Pulsar clocks with Crystek, and Accusilicon, and the well tempered clock utilizing Ian’s sine to square converter. I like the well tempered but only with Ian’s sine to square converter best. The sine to square converter that comes with it masks low level detail and rounds off the bass. The Pulsar comes in second although I could see how some may prefer its balanced presentation. It ia a worthy comparison and I could be happy with either. It is far easier to implement and if that is a factor it would win hands down. The Accusilicon is next . It is smoother and more balanced than the Crystek which provides wonderful detail but your ear goes to this detail first and that is not as musical a balance over the long haul. Curious if others agree with this subjective description?
Ian Canada SC-Pure is not a OCXO but the phase noise plot of these clocks looks great.

I think the Ian Canada SC-Pure Clocks are a good replacement for the no longer available Pulsar OCXOs.
I use a pair of Pulsar OCXOs in my Singxer SU-1 since 2018 and I really love the sound performance.
Actually I am looking for a very good 24,000 MHz Clock for upgrading my USB Card. Best Choice for me would be a 3,3V low power OCXO like MagicXtal.
But it seems to be impossible to find those clocks.
