The Janus will come with original manual.
The voltage IN is limited by capacitors ratings V and in this case it can go up to 400 V DC so transformer secondary can be max 0-280 V ac.The current depends on output voltage and current demand of your tube preamp board.Like it stays in the manual this reg is good to use for small preamps and amps that not wotking on high currents like tube output stages let say with 300b,2a3 or other triodes and pentodes.The tubes that the buyer will become are JJ 5y3S and JJ Ecc832.Plese be so nice and for all other data just load the manual from online and there are all other data so you can than see if you can use this in your project or no.I have used this in my 6h30pi line stage with output voltage of 250V dc and current of 45mA without any problem.The buyer will also become some aditional parts that belongs to this kit,some resistors with which you could set the heater reg out voltage on 12,6V or 6,3 volt,in there are also some spare diodes and so on.😉
